Trees and Snowmen

Over the years I have, without intending to, developed a collection of Christmas trees. Some of them I add into other displays, like the feather trees. Others have their own little areas now.

These 3 I picked up last year. My friend Lindsay makes them.

This cute metal one is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before!

This cloth one is kinda cute, too…

And the sets of 3? Oh, yeah!

Then there are some individual ones that I set up together…

And my current favorites!

I’m sure there are more I haven’t unpacked yet, but this is a start! Heeheehee!

I don’t have as many snowmen, but they got moved outside this year. Mr. Tattered is using the dining room table where they usually sit for his genealogy paperwork, and I didn’t have the heart to ask him to move them. Plus, I sorta like them out on the porch!

Thanks for sticking with me through my show and tell. One more day to go – I plan to finish the vintage set up tomorrow!

  1. I use to have a huge collection of snowmen, but I got rid of ALL of them except for just 1 when we had our estate sale and moved. I did keep all my santas but got rid of so much of our Christmas items. We didn’t know where we were moving to and we knew we were downsizing. I hate to say this, but I don’t miss what I no longer have.

    • I can see a time when I’ll be ready to rid of a lot of it, but I’m not there yet. For me (I think!) it will be when I can no longer go up and down the ladder without being really afraid of falling. I’m already aware that I need to be careful, so I know I’m heading in that direction!
