Walking Through a December Garden

What a glorious day it was today…the weather was perfect – warm, clear, beautiful.

I sat out on the patio this morning drinking my coffee soaking up the glory of it all, and decided to take a few pictures (who me?)

So enjoy a few glimpses of my winter garden…and bare feet in December.

It is so cool to live in place where the precipitation runs down the driveway, and when the sun comes out, the green and flowers and vegetables are there like nothing happened instead of being buried under 4 feet of snow. Yeah, snow is beautiful, but I’d rather see pictures of it.

  1. I am with you there! Photos of snow anyday over the real stuff, been there done that and I had enough. Thanks for sharing the photos of your garden.

  2. Beautiful pics, Janet! We still have roses blooming, and though it was 70 yesterday, and should be again today, the cold will be back tomorrow. The good thing about winter here on the shore is that it is mercifully short.
